ROSTERS
All teams (including 6th–8th grade) must upload their roster to the NCAA BBCS.
No roster = No games.
Teams failing to upload rosters will be removed from the event without a refund, regardless of division.

COACHES APPROVAL
All coaches must hold a valid USA Basketball Gold Coach License prior to the event.

Coaches without a valid license:
Will not be permitted to coach or sit on the team bench.
Must purchase a spectator pass and remain in designated spectator areas.

BBCS REGISTRATION
Mandatory: All athletes and coaches must be registered in the NCAA BBCS.
Returning Users: Renew your existing account -- do not create a new one.
Team Events: Coaches must use players’ BBCS registrations to build their official roster/bench.

NCAA CERTIFIED EVENT CHECKLIST
All steps below must be completed no later than June 19, 2026.
USA Basketball Gold License: All coaches must obtain one.
BBCS Registration: All athletes and coaches must be registered.

Administrative Coach Responsibilities:
Build the team bench in the BBCS.
Send invitations to PSAs (Prospective Student-Athletes) and other coaches.
Ensure invitations are accepted for roster inclusion.
Submit justifications for PSAs with residency issues.
Create the roster(s) for each event in the BBCS.
Acknowledge that athletes cannot play more than two games per day.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds after June 10, 2026.
For registrations made after June 10:
June 10 – June 16: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration.
June 17 – June 23: Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days of registration.
June 24 or later: No refunds will be issued.

STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY
Teams that fail to comply with the Stay-to-Play Policy will be removed from the event without a refund.

ELIGIBILITY
Teams may be removed from the event if:
Payment is not received by June 10, 2026.
Rosters are not uploaded to the NCAA BBCS by June 19, 2026.
Stay to play requirements are not met.
